Effect of temperature on the pH of acid

Research question:
How does the temperature of the acid (20,25,30,35,40,45,50,55,60,65) affect the Ka in 20ml of four different acid (orange juice/ citric acid / ascorbic acid / water with vitamin tablets) measured using pH probe?

Personal engagement
I wanted to compare pH change over the temperature of the pure acid with the acidic solution that
contains the pure acid. The ascorbic acid and citric acid were chosen because they are easily found in
vitamin C and citrus fruits such as lemon, lime and etc.

Background information
pH is the measurement of acidity of the solution. pH is a presented with a simple scale from 0 to 14 with 7 that is considered neutral. pH below 7 is considered acidic while pH above 7 is basic. The scale reflects the concentration of H+ and OH- ions in the solution (The Editors of Encyclopaedia Britannica,pH). More the concentration of H+ ions is reflected in lower pH value and smaller concentration of H+ ions is reflected in a higher pH value. In determining the pH of various solutions, pH can be measured by a pH probe. Moreover, the change in pH can also be monitored by the effect of temperature using a pH probe is used to analyze the pH change of acids as the temperature changes…
